Privacy Policy

The important distinction first, because it decides where every request should go. There are two separate parties here. vibescasino.co is an independent review site: it publishes articles, it measures traffic, and it never sees a player account. The operator is the casino itself: it holds the identity documents, the payment history and the balance. This page describes what the review site does with data, and points you at the operator for everything else.

What this review site collects

Reading these pages requires no account, no e-mail address and no registration, and none is offered. What is recorded is the ordinary analytics footprint of a website: the pages requested, how long the visit lasted, the referring source, the approximate region derived from the IP address, the device type and the browser version. It is aggregated to answer one question — which articles are read and which are ignored — and it is not used to build a profile of an individual reader.

What is never collected here: names, dates of birth, addresses, identity documents, card numbers, bank details, gambling history, deposits or winnings. If a form on some page asks you for any of those in the name of this site, it is not this site. Nothing collected here is sold, rented or traded, and no data broker receives it.

Cookies and how to control them

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Two kinds are in use here. Strictly necessary cookies keep the page working — remembering the language you chose and your response to the consent banner — and cannot meaningfully be switched off without breaking the site. Analytics cookies count visits and measure which pages get read, and they run only after consent is given in the banner.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time from the banner or from your browser settings, and every major browser can block or delete cookies per site. Withdrawing it does not lock you out: the informational pages stay fully readable. Analytics is provided through Google Analytics 4 and pages are delivered through a content delivery network; both may log technical request data of the kind described above.

SSL encryption and technical safeguards

The whole site is served over HTTPS with SSL/TLS encryption, so the connection between your browser and the server is encrypted in transit and an observer on the same public Wi-Fi sees only unreadable traffic. The padlock in the address bar is the quick confirmation, and it is worth checking on any page claiming to be this site — a certificate warning on a lookalike domain is the single clearest phishing signal, as described on the mirror and access page.

Because the review site holds no account data, there is no balance to steal and no document store to breach here. The security that actually matters to a player sits on the operator's side, and the one control worth switching on the day the account opens is 2FA — two-factor authentication in the account settings. With 2FA active, a password leaked anywhere else is not on its own enough to reach the balance. A password reused nowhere else, and no logging in from a shared machine, cover most of the rest.

What the operator collects, which is a different list

The casino has obligations this site does not. To satisfy its licence and anti-money-laundering rules it holds identity and contact details, the verification documents uploaded for KYC — photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership — the full transaction history in euro, and technical records of logins and devices so that unauthorised access becomes visible. Its own privacy policy sets that list out in full, and it is worth opening once.

Data leaves the operator in a few predictable directions: the payment provider that moves the money, the service that checks documents, and the regulator or a bank when either asks formally. All of that processing happens on the operator's side. A request for a copy of your file, a correction or a deletion therefore goes to the operator's own support desk, not here — how to reach it is described separately.

Your rights under GDPR

Anyone in the EU or EEA, Finland included, holds a defined set of rights over their personal data under the GDPR, and they are rights rather than favours. The right of access: you can ask what is held about you and receive a copy, normally within one month and free of charge. The right of rectification: incorrect or incomplete data must be corrected on request. The right of erasure, sometimes called the right to be forgotten: you can require deletion, subject to legal retention duties that a licensed casino genuinely does have over transaction records. Alongside those sit the right to restrict or object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent for anything based on consent, such as analytics or marketing.

Address a request to whichever party holds the data. For analytics and cookie data collected by this site, write to privacy@vibescasino.co. For anything touching an account, documents or payments, write to the operator. If a controller does not respond, the supervisory authority in Finland is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman, and licensed operators name their own data protection contact in their privacy policy.

Retention, transfers and changes

Analytics data collected here is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last visit and is then deleted or fully anonymised; consent records are kept for as long as the consent stands. The operator's retention is longer and not discretionary — financial and verification records are typically held for five years after the account closes, because anti-money-laundering law requires it, and that duty overrides an erasure request for those specific records.

Servers and CDN nodes may sit outside your country of residence. Where data crosses a border it travels encrypted and is held under equivalent protection standards, with providers contractually bound to the relevant transfer frameworks. This policy may be revised; material changes are announced with a notice on the site and a new revision date at the top of this page, and continued use after publication signals acceptance. If you disagree with a change, stop using the site and request deletion at the address above.
